The contractor is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to acquire FOD Boss Sweeper Assembly-Boss-8 package. Includes Duplex Hitch Bar (DHB-2), Tow Handle Weight (THW-21), Powerbar Mag Sweeper (MW-72) and Magnet Mounting Hardware (MH-6). This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quotation and is issued at 100% small business set-aside in accordance with the Standard Industrial Classification code 3569, NAICS code 333999 and the related Small Business Standard of 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The required delivery time is 30 days after receipt of contract award. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. A solicitation will be issued on or about 2 February 2006. The due date will be specified in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code).
