The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Procurement Office Central, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Network Contracting Office 12, located at 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Materialise USA, LLC 44650 Helm Court, Plymouth, MI 48170-6061, for the purchase of Materialise Interactive Medical Image Control System (MIMICS) Hospital Floating License. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 513210, Software Publishers. The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, located at 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, 53295-0001, has a requirement for continued support of MIMICS software to manipulate meshes and fabricate a wide variety of 3D-printed medical parts based on DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) data from patient scans. Procurement upgrades current subscription license from a single computer license to a floating license. The floating license authorizes the use of software by an agreed upon number of concurrent end-users on one or several computers. Procurement is for a base 12-month floating license and four 12-month option periods. Period of performance is 09/30/2025 through 09/29/2030. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to [email protected] by 12:00pm e.s.t. on 05/12/2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
