SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Andover The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes Medical Center (CLE VAMC), Medical Service, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code is 334614 with a small business size standard of 1,250. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Sodexo Operations, LLC, 3847 Crum Road, Youngstown, OH 44515 for an Andover Software and Licenses. Request replacement equipment and service to update the licenses and software to the existing Andover Workstations and Servers that have reached end of life. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 5PM EST.
