The instant requirement is being processed through other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. Inc. on a sole source basis, since they are the only known source with capability of satisfying the government’s minimum requirement at this time.
