Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source contract with Chudy Group, LLC d/b/a TCGRx (NQGBJPMMJYE8) 36F79720D0106 for EHRM PILL DISPENSER UPGRADE. This is a Brand Name Only procurement for a Pill Dispenser upgrade which needs to be compatible with the EHRM upgrade at the Milwaukee, Madison, Tomah, and North Chicago VA medical facilities. This is a highly specialized procurement as the OEM, The Chudy Group, LLC d/b/a TCGRx (NQGBJPMMJYE8), is the only source for this requirement. The proposed action is IAW Delivery/Task order IAW 8.405-6(a)(1)(B). Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice.
