This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the VA. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8a Small Business and Small Business concerns that are interested in and are capable of performing the work described herein. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a contract for 74 feedback/monitoring devices to include software and installation/setup. The product must have the following salient characteristics: Measures customer satisfaction in real-time Receives customer feedback instantaneously Provides for remote equipment monitoring Provides web access with real-time data and usage of all functions Provides for an unlimited number of users and mobile application Provides production of various reports for local users and management Provides short message service (SMS) and email message alerts Please also see the Statement of Work for details The government intends to award one firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 334118 and the corresponding size standard is 1000 employees.
