This acquisition is a competitive negotiation/firm fixed 2 year requirements SOP/Stock contract(s) with economic price adjustment and 3 1-year options. The solicitation will contain 95 NSNs; Items 1-65 are SOP and 66-95 are Stock. The NSNs are in accordance with various brand name descriptions and various technical descriptions with QPL. Delivery will be 45 days ARO. Items 1-65 will be FOB Origin and Items 66-95 will be FOB destination to the two GSA Distribution Facilities. No items have been set aside for small business.
