All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a 30 day or less delivery. If your firm can offer a shorter delivery time it will be considered during the award process. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Global Supply, Stock/warehouse, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and deliver.
