This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-07.

The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard anticipates issuing FIRM FIXED PRICE order for a base quantity of 40 Radios and listed accessories and an option for up to an additional 40 Radios and listed option accessories.  The requirement for the radios were derived from and conforms to DoDI8523.01, DoDI8500.01, DoDI8510.01 per DA Pamphlet 25-2-16.  Radios in compliance with paragraph 3-15 in the Statement of Work may be offered.

The vendor must provide the manufacture name, model number, and a specification sheet for the radio and accessories offered in the quote.
