This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2021-07.

The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard anticipates issuing FIRM FIXED PRICE order for a quantity of 35 Radios and listed accessories.  The requirement for the radios were derived from and conforms to DoDI8523.01, DoDI8500.01, DoDI8510.01 per DA Pamphlet 25-2-16.  Radios in compliance with paragraph 2-14 in the Statement of Work may be offered.

The vendor must provide the manufacture name, model number, and a specification sheet for the radio and accessories offered in the quote.
