DESCRIPTION

In accordance with Military Specification MIL-PRF-24635E, "Coating Systems, Weather-Resistant, Exterior Use", dated September 15, 2009.

QPL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: QPL transformed to QPD, May 13, 2008. Please go to http://assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/, and follow the steps below to view the QPD.

1. Input "24635" in Document Number field and click "Submit"
2. Click on the primary specification link in "Document ID" column.
3. Click on "Qualification" in the "Overview" section to view the QPD.

Use: For primed, smooth metal, glass reinforced plastic, wood and plastic composite surfaces.

Type 6: High durability coating, Max VOC 100 g/L (0.83 lb./gallon)
Class 2: Semi-gloss, 45 to 60 percent
Grade B: Low Solar Absorbent

Color: Gray in accordance with the latest version of FED-STD-595, color number 26270.

Size: 3.79 Liters (1 gallon); may be Single Component or Plural Component

Shelf Life Code 6: Age on delivery shall not exceed 4 months.
Date of reinspection shall be 24 months from date of manufacture.

Successful offeror must be currently active the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). See attached for complete description and applicable clauses. Marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129 is required.
