THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) and the Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM-MAS)intends to award a sole source contract add-on for M2A2 Ammunition Containers under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement will be added to Contract W52P1J-09-C-0030 for M2A1 Ammunition Containers awarded to BWAY Corporation, 8607 Roberts Dr. STE 250, Atlanta, GA 30350-2230. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals but instead this notice is published to allow for potential subcontracting opportunities.
