UNICOR intends to enter into a five (5) year firm fixed price requirements type contract for silk film. The solicitation number is FN1103-02 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). The minimum delivery order is 1000 feet, the maximum delivery order is 30,000 feet and the combination of items is 30,000 feet. Item 0001 ? UPH0254, Silk Film, 54?, 60LB/Roll U/I: Feet, Est. Qty: 2,000,000 over a five year period. All items are to be delivered FOB Destination FCI Sheridan, OR. Delivery is 30 days for initial order and 21 days for all other delivery orders. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal for silk film. The variation in quantity is -/+5%. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis.
