UNICOR intends to enter into a three base year with 2 one year options if exercised firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for batting. Batting is to be delivered FOB Destination USP Atlanta, GA. The solicitation number is CT1498-02 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). The minimum delivery order is $2,000 linear yards each for items 0001?0008 and 120 linear yards for items 0009?0012, the maximum delivery order is 50,000 linear yards each for items 0001?0008 and 2,000 linear yard each for items 0009?0012 and the combination of items is 52,000 linear yards for items 0001 ?0008 and 2,120 linear yards for items 0009-0012. There are 12 items which shall be provided in solicitation document with specifications and estimated quantities. The unit of measure is linear yards. UNICOR agrees to guarantee to purchase the following guaranteed minimum (GM) quantities by line items: Items 0001 ? 0004 BAT0022 are 2,000 linear yards, Items 0005 ?0008 BAT0044 2,000 linear yards and Item 0009 ?0012 BAT0026 120 linear yards. Delivery is 30 days after receipt of delivery order. This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal for batting. The variation in quantity is ?0%/+1%. Any amount over 1% of contracted amount will be returned to contractor at contractor?s expense. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis.
