Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Oakdale, LA., and USP Terre Haute, IN. The Delivery Order Minimum is (See Solicitation). the Delivery Order Maximum quantity is (See Solicitation). Delivery Acceptance is 45 days for FCI Oakdale, LA, and 30 days for USP Terre Haute, IN., after Receipt of each Delivery Order. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance (On time Delivery), Quality, Technical Factors, and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation.
