This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. This acquisition is being solicited subject ot availability of funds in accordance with FAR part 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. This notice to solicit all necessary components to furnish all labor, equipment and transportation necessary to provide tents, tent flooring, power generation, fuel, HVAC, mobilization, and demobilization in accordance with the statement of work.
This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, proposals will be evaluated on cost and cost related items, past performance, and delivery. The FOB point is Camp Shelby, MS. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
