This pre-solicitation notice replaces the pre-solicitation notice for solicitation W911SD-06-T-0031. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The planned release date of the solicitation is March 31, 2006. The Contractor shall provide ten thousand ya rds of mock elastic, poly and wool cloth, USMA cadet gray 372, measuring sixty inches wide, and weighing twelve and one half ounces per linear yard in accordance with the following: Natick Laboratories Purchase Description Number 370A dated April 8, 1974, Additional Information dated August 22, 1997 and Additional Information dated December 5, 2005. The intended use for the cloth is in the manufacture of USMA cadet trousers and skirts to be worn during the more temperate seasons. The Contractor shall be required to submit samples for testing.
