UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract for fabric (FAB0210). This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposal. The period of performance is for two (2) years. Specifications shall be as follows: LINE ITEM 0001 - UNICOR PART NUMBER: FAB0210 - TWL,CTT,WHT/RED-STRIPE,16.5"X37.5"* TWL BLANKS,WHT,CRASH CTT. MATERIAL SHALL BE IAW ASTM-D-5433 (EXCEPT THAT THE WIDTH SHALL BE 16-1/2"MIN;-AND-LNGTH (CUT) SHALL BE 37--1/2"MIN). COLOR: BLEACHED WHT. GROUND WARP/FILLING YRNS SHALL BE CTTN. UNIT/MEASURE: EA. Delivery is FOB Destination: USP Terre Haute, IN. Delivery Acceptance is 30 days after receipt of delivery order. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 3,000 each. Bid Samples are required and are a condition of contract award. This requirement is domestic only. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: past performance, ability to conform to specifications, and price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about March 29, 2002.
