UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery type contract for Nylon-Supplex Fabric, Liners, Heat Application Labels, Webbing, and Barrel Locks. This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposal. The period of performance is anticipated from date of award through Two (2) years with Two (2) Option Years, if exercised. All items shall conform to specification CRFD/PD 99-01A, dated October 10, 2000 and/or specification CRFD/PD 04-07, dated June 23, 2004. Delivery is FOB Destination: FCI Waseca, MN and USP Pollock, LA. Delivery shall be no later than 45 calendar days after receipt of delivery order for the fabric, liners, and heat transfers. Delivery shall be no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of delivery order for the webbing and barrel locks.
