UNICOR, FPI, intends to enter into an ID/IQ type contract for Industrial Cornstarch (UNICOR Part No. CHM0002). The period of performance will be two (2) years. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Terre Haute. The Delivery Order Minimum is 10,000 lbs. The Delivery Order Maximum is 20,000 lbs. Delivery Acceptance is 15 days after receipt of each Delivery Order. This requirement is domestic only. The evaluation factors are: Past performance, quality, and technical, and approval of bid sample if it is not already a tested and approved product.
