The item is Nylon Duck Cloth. UNICOR Part Numbers are FAB3957, FAB3958, FAB3959, FAB3960 and WEB0224. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USP Terre Haute, In. The delivery order minimum is 10,000 YDS for each item. The delivery order maximum is 50,000 YDS for each item. Delivery acceptance is 45 days After Receipt of Order. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. UNICOR will conduct a competitive, anonymous, on-line reverse auction using the UNICOR QuickSource E-Sourcing website. There will be five (5) lots for this proposal.
