UNICOR, FPI, intends to enter into a Requirements type contract for Nylon Duck Cloth (UNICOR Part Nos. FAB5349, FAB5350, and FAB5355). The period of performance will be three (3) years. Specifications will be in accordance with USPS-C-1212-C. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Leavenworth, KS. The Delivery Order Minimum is 1,000 yards per line item. The Delivery Order Maximum quantities are: 37,000 yards for Line item 001, 48,000 yards for Line item 002, and 20,000 yards for Line item 003. Delivery Acceptance is 30 days After Receipt of each Delivery Order. The award will be based on the best value to the government. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation.
