Rental of Tent, size: 25 mtr x 55 mtr to include wooden floor, adequate lighting, 5 handicap ramps for each of the 5 entrances required, one curtain with window and with entrance (no handicap ramp required inside) to divide the tent into two sections. One section of 25 mtr x 40 mtr for vendors and 25 mtr x 15 mtr for the sponsors. No stakes can be used for set up of the tent. Tent shall be set up and secured to withhold windstorms and heavy rain. The floor should be leveled and safe to walk on, without holes.Delivery & Set up: 12 September 2005, 0730 hours. Set-up to be completed not later than 2100 hrs.
