UNIT OF MEASURE: EACH. Delivery is FOB Destination: FCI Miami, Florida. Delivery Acceptance is 45 days after receipt of delivery order. Bid Samples are required and are a condition of contract award. This requirement is all or none and is domestic only. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: past performance, ability to conform to specifications, and price.
