ABSTRACT. This purchase description covers the requirements for Men’s and Women’s Slippers. 2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: a. The slipper shall be made of Navy blue foam velour and weather resistant molded sole. The footbed or innersole shall be constructed using foam lining for cushioning. b.
