The item is 100% Cotton Yarn. UNICOR Part Numbers are YRN0014, YRN0015, YRN0020, and YRN0001. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USP Terre Haute, In. The delivery order minimum is 35,000 LBS for each item each year. The delivery order maximum is 70,000 LBS for each item each year. Delivery acceptance is 30 days After Receipt of Order. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. NOTE: UNICOR will conduct a competitive, anonymous, on-line reverse auction using the UNICOR QuickSource E-Sourcing website. There will be one (1) lot for this proposal.
