UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract. The period of performance is one base year and one option year. The item is 100% Cotton Yarn. UNICOR Part Numbers are YRN0001, YRN0014, YRN0015, and YRN0020. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USP Terre Haute, In. The delivery order minimum is 35,000 LBS for each item. The delivery order maximum is 70,000 LBS for each item. Delivery acceptance is 30 days After Receipt of Order. The evaluation factors are: Past Performance, Ability to Perform to the Specifications, and Price. UNICOR will conduct a competitive, anonymous, on-line reverse auction. There will be five (5) lots for this proposal. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation.
