This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to for fifty- eight (58) pairs of Blauer TACSHELL Extreme Cold Weather pants for The Rock Island Arsenal Police Department located at the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. in accordance with Attachment A - Requirements for Blauer TACSHELL Pants.

The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be firm fixed price, in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment B-Clauses and Provisions.

As referenced in the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items - offerors are required to submit an executed copy of Attachment 0003, DFARS 252.209-7992 Tax Liability with their quote.
