This solicitation covers an unrestricted acquisition, with HUBZone price evaluation, of Coveralls, Flyerâs, CWU-27/P, Sage Green. NSN 8415-01-043-8376(s). The quantities are 19,000 min; 76,300 Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ); and 96,000 max. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with the same min, AEQ, and max. Applicable specification is YACL-WP PD 99-01 dated 20 April 2001 with pattern dated 1 September 2006. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries (for the minimum quantity) to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, and Socioeconomic Considerations.
