This RFQ will be issued as Unrestricted and is for the acquisition of 8260 each of the Coveralls, RCP to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-C-82243F. The RFQ will be issued using FOB Destination. The production leadtime is 210 days after date of award and will consist of 11 delivery increments. The destination is New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA.
