This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date of No Later Than August 31, 2004, required to the Federal Correctional Complex, 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL 33521. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.
