This is a Best Value, Source Selection procurement. A technical proposal is required including Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Past Performance, Bill and Hold Plan, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement Plan. This will be an indefinite Delivery Type Contract containing Four Term Options containing Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clauses for the Melton Wool. The minimum for the men’s overcoat is 109,613 each and with a maximum of 164,423 each. The minimum for the women’s overcoat is 20,615 each and with a maximum of 30,933 each. This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The material used in fabrications are to be furnished by the contractor.
