The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Parka, ECWCS, Generation 2, Universal Camouflage, NSN 8415-01-526-9168(s). The base year is for a minimum of 48,000 and a maximum of 240,000. There will be two (2) one-year term options included in this solicitation with the same minimum and maximum quantities. This procurement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis. The Parkas will be FOB Destination to New Cumberland and Tracy, CA. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin.
