This solicitation will be awarded as an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract with one base year and four term year options for Raincoat, MWD, Men's, Blue Shade 358 NSN: 8405-01-157-1130, Raincoat, MDW, Women's, Blue Shade 358 NSN: 8410-01-452-7040, Overcoat, MDW, Men's, Wool Elastique, Shade 150 NSN: 8405-01-157-1089, and Overcoat, MDW, Women's, Wool Elastique, Shade 150 NSN: 8410-01-452-7568. THe annual estimated quantity is 470 EA for Raincoat, Men's; 25 EA for Raincoat, Women's; 760 EA for Overcoat, Men's; and 25 EA for Overcoat, Women's. The minimum guarntee shall be equal to 25% of the contract annual estimeted dollar value for each year of the contract. The contract inclusive of the base term and all four (4) option terms will be for a maximum dollar value of $2,000,000.00. There are 68 sizes for Raincoat, Men's, 18 sizes for Raincoat, Women's, 45 sizes for Overcoat, Men's, and 22 sizes for Overcoat, Women's with the total of 153 sizes. The Raincoat, Men's specification is A-A-55229 and a pattern dated 18 Nov 87. The Raincoat, Women's specification is FNS PD 97-01 and a pattern dated 22 May 67. The Overcoat, Men's specification is PD 319 and a pattern dated 3 Nov 72. The Overcoat, Women's specification is FSSD PD 94-02 and a pattern dated 30 June 70. This is a Best Value Source Selection Procurement. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. There are four options available. The production lead-time is 120 days. Destination(s): Lion Vallen Industries (SEQ) and Ft. Myer Military Clothing Directorate of Public Works and Logistics Property Control Branch (AXG). However the Government reserves the right to divert deliveries, as required, to alternate destinations.
