Base Year estimated minimum quantity is 4,543 Ea. the maximum quantity is 16,310 Ea. Estimated quantities for the two option years are Min. 5,000 Ea. and 10,000 Ea. Max. This solicitation will be issued as a 100 % Small Business Set Aside. The destinations for the subject items are Defense Depot, New Cumberland, PA and Defense Depot, Tracy, CA. Production lead-time is 150 days after award. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized in making an award.
