This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation HSFLGL-16-Q-00210 is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87-1. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335221 and small business size standard of $100 employees. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. The Government will award a single firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation.
