This is an unrestricted acquisition. ------------ *** ITEM: SWORD AND SCABBARD, USMC NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICERS, STEEL BLADE, BLACK LEATHER COVERED. Four separate NSNs for 26 INCH (8465-01-249-8373), 28 INCH (8465-00-965-1675), 30 INCH (8465-00-965-1676), AND 32 INCH SWORD (8465-00-965-1677), All Class 2. Swords are made in accordance with: MIL-S-19206E and drawing P-230. Quantity will be a minimum of 3476 and a maximum of 8200. Deliveries will start 150 days after award and will be to Phoenix, AZ and New Cumberland, PA. *This will be a best value procurement with the following evaluation factors: (1) Product Demonstration Model, (2) Experience/Past Performance, (3) Socioeconomic Considerations, (4) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements, and (5) Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal.
