LI 001: Hand Sanitizer IAW attached description. Units are measured in gallons but may be delivered in any unit not less than 16oz and not more than 1-gallon., 661, gallon;
LI 002: Disinfectant Wipes IAW attached description. Units are measured by each canister, with 100 wipes to each canister. May be delivered in different unit size so long as the wipe count for each location is satisfied., 2967, canister;
LI 003: Alcohol Pads IAW attached description. Units are measured by each box, with 200 pads in each box. May be delivered in different unit size so long as the pad count for each location is satisfied., 792, box;

For this solicitation, FLC - Norfolk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Norfolk is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time quotes. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a quote on www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
