The United States Marine Corps Security Guard has a requirement for Samsonite 200 Series/Oyster Luggage. Please review the attached soliciation. Government intends to award a firm fixed price order to the responsive contract who is determined the best value based on price and non-priced related factors. Non-priced related factors are, in order of importance, delivery and quality of luggae being provided. Vendor is to provide name brand or equal. If bid being offered is other than brand, the vendor is required to provide detailed specifications in order to conduct appropriate review. Proposals may be submitted electronically; however, due to government computer firewall security, please be advised that it is the offerer's responsibility to ensure that the Contracting Office receives all required documents.
