Studies in which diet is the critical and controlling factor have received Purina Mills, Inc. 5022-3=C2N NIH-31 feed as modified to meet NCTR’s Specifications, and a change may result in jeopardizing the scientific integrity of the studies. FOB Point Destination. This is a 100% set-aside for small business, firm fixed price requirement. Simplified procurement procedures will be utilized.
