The Contracting Activity responsible for this action is the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Fort Detrick, MD in support of the US Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR), Fort Sam Houston, TX.

This procurement is for a one (1) year Blanket Purchase Agreement. This BPA will serve as the vehicle for all the subsequent purchase of rodents.
