DEHYDRATED POTATO PRODUCTS (DPP): The product shall be prepared from properly matured, wholesome, clean vegetables. The dehydrated potato products shall meet the salient characteristics in the applicable Commercial Item Description for dehydrated white potatoes. The invitation shall specify the type, style and sizes of dehydrated potatoes. The dehydrated or prepared potatoes shall have a good flavor and odor typical for the type and style of potatoes. Product will be packaged in 20 kg multiwall paper bags.
