Government reserves the right to award all Camp Grayling contracts (W90N0J80750100; W90N0J80750101 and W90N0M81050110) to a single or multiple venders. Below are some question that were asked:

1) Is there a specific color for the table clothes?
- White

2) Will the government provide the equipment and supplies for the buffing machine?
- Sweeping and mopping only, disregard buffing.

3) Will the government provide dishes and silverware or will the contractor provide the disposables?
- The General's Mess does have a stock of plates and flatware, however there is a tendency to run short on flatware so it is optional if the contractor brings extra for back-up.

4) Does the facility have milk and juice dispensers?
- No. Juice was dispensed from beverage 5-gallon jugs.

5) How many restrooms are there to be cleaned?
- Two. One Male and one Female.

6) Who provides the CSOA and rinse additives for the dishwashing machine?
- Facilities Maintenance

7) Will the government provide napkin dispensers, salt/pepper shakers, sugar holders and ashtrays?
- No and smoking is not allowed on the premises.

8) Who will provide the soap, paper supplies, roll towels for the lavatories?
- The contractor.

9) Is there a minimum number of meals guarantee?
- By 25 May I will have good numbers for the General's Mess. The government reserves the right to change headcounts up to 48 hours prior to allow for increase or decrease.

10) Will the contractor be required to do the headcount?
- No, military personnel will do the headcount.

11) Where do I send my quote?

12) How do you want this priced?
- Total cost per person/per day not as one lump sum.

13) Does the contractor pick the style of eggs to serve?
- No. Eggs will be made to order.
