The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement for Raw Subsistence. The solicitation is W912JV-09-R-2007 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Request for Proposals are due by 27 September 2013, 4:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFP will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract. 1.1 The supplier shall furnish meats, dairy products, fruit, vegetables, and various food supplies if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 1 November 2013 Through 31 October 2018.

1.2 Provide delivery within 7 days of the signed order. The vendor must be able to deliver to various locations listed within the state of Oregon.

1.3 Projected Annual Requirements is $375,000.00


The Offerors must be registered on the System of Award Management. Information concerning SAM requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Only contractors who are registered in the System for Award Management can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
