The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY to obtain information regarding potential qualified sources to provide Fresh Bread and Bakery Products; i.e. such as but not limited to: White enriched and Whole Wheat Bread sliced loaves; White enriched Sandwich (Hamburger); White enriched Hot Dog buns; Parker house rolls and Steak rolls, bulk and individually packaged with a tentative delivery schedule of 5 days per week to the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital, Little AR and the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center, North Little Rock, AR. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), Small, Small Disadvantaged, Small Veteran Owned, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) relative to NAICS 311812 (size standard of 1000 employees or less). Responses to this notice should include the following: Company Name and Address Business size (large or small) DUNS number Provide a Statement of Capability that demonstrates the firm s ability to meet the above requirement.
