Expressions of Interest Sought

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain.

The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (1100 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (560 USF ABOA), Other (2500 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in ALPENA, MI. The current lease will be expiring 4/30/2019.

The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
