This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses and is solicited under NAICS 424720. The small business size standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38.

Description of Requirement: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, requires 6 each 55-gallon drums of Amsoil Synthetic TBI Hydraulic Oil. This is a brand name requirement.
