The Government intends to issue an unrestrictive procurement for Propellant, Isopropyl Alcohol, Bulk (IPA) (87.4-87.9%) IAW MIL-P-87931, dated 16 Dec 1977 B=NSN: 9135-00-150-8354. The anticipated period of performance is 01 April 2007 through 31 March 2010. The resultant award will be for a three year Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA). The intended use is for a fuel in an altitude simulation system. Major support is for testing of the Space Shuttle main engines and components at NASA JSC White Sands Test Facility. The product will be FOB destination to NASA White Sands Test Facility, Las Cruces, N.M.88012. The BPA ordering periods and estimated quantities are as follows: 01 Apr 07 through 31 Mar 08: 240,000 lbs, 01 April 08 through 31 March 09: 240,000 lbs, and 01 Apr 09 through 31 March 10, 240,000 lbs. The Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Dec 06 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
