Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and all other services necessary to relocate a portion of the 92 kV LU Transmission Line, including but not limited to: · New Conductor · New Optical Groud Wire (OPGW) · Wood Pole Shoofly Installation · Wood Pole Installation · Steel Guy Pole Installation · Steel Pole Foundations Installation · Steel Pole Installation · Wood Pole Removal CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION: 1. Mandatory Meeting – RSVP Mandatory There will be a mandatory meeting via conference call which will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., Local Time. [email protected] 5:00p.m., Local Time, Monday, March 28, 2022 to receive the conference call number and PIN. 2. Mandatory Job Walk The mandatory job walk will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Local Time, respondents will meet at the intersection of La Brucherie Road and Wake Avenue in El Centro, CA, southeast corner dirt lot. Respondents will caravan to the jobwalk location on a dirt road that runs parallel to Wake Avenue, see page 8 for map and directions. Please be prepared to confirm attendance for the job walk during roll call at the mandatory meeting conference call. Prospective respondents must have attended the mandatory meeting held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 to participate in the job walk. Prospective respondents must be present at the start of the mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk will not be credited with attending. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending the mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk. Respondents are required to wear closed toe shoes. Respondents will have to answer the Contractor/Consultant Health Questionnaire (attached) at the entrance gate and have temperature checked. If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions, or have a measured forehead temperature of 100.4 or higher you will not be allowed to enter. Adequate face covering (facemask) is not required, but is recommended. 3.
