The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Palm Commodities International Inc. to purchase Electrolytic Nickel Anodes. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 12.106-1. The resulting order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used.
